9/13/08 Today kicked off the 2008 invitational season at the Meadow. The weather cooperated and the course wasn't in too bad of shape considering the extensive rain from the previous day. Over 1500 runners competed from 43 schools in eight races. Top time of the day was 16:50 by Quinn Raseman from Ward Melville and on the Girls side Shelby Greany of Suffern complete the course in a time of 19:10 .

THIS YEARS STATE CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIOSHIPS WILL BE HELD IN OUR BACK YARD. THE BEST OF THE STATE WILL BE HERE TO COMPETE TO SEE WHO WILL CLAIM THE TOP HONORS. WILL YOU OR YOUR TEAM BE THERE IN NOVEMBER?
